Responsibilities
  • 상업용 부동산 리서치 자료 조사·자료 구축 및 리포트 작성 지원

  • 시장 실사, 투자 타당성 자문 및 컨설팅 프로젝트 지원

  • 최신 동향 정보 수집 및 시장 전망


Requirements
  • 경영, 경제, 도시공학, 부동산 등 유관 분야 전공자 (졸업 예정자 혹은 학사 졸업자)

  • 부동산 리서치&컨설팅 분야 진로 희망자 및 상업용 부동산 관련 이해도가 높은 지원자 선호

  • MS Office 활용, 비즈니스 영어 가능자 우대

  • 업무에 필요한 기본적인 성실함과 논리적이고 창의적인 생각 보유, 원활한 커뮤니케이션이 가능한 자

  • 근무형태: 인턴 3개월 (업무일정에 따라 연장 가능성 있음)
