공통 :

4년제 대학교 졸업 이상

건축/토목/기계/소방 등 시공 및 설계 전공자
-
도시공학 및 부동산학 등 관련 분야 전공자
-
영어회화 및 OA, AutoCAD 가능자 우대
-
신입 : 인턴 0명
-
건축/토목/기계/소방/도시공학/부동산학 등의 전공자 또는 이에 상응하는 자격과 기술을 보유한 자
-
‘25년8월 졸업예정자도 지원 가능
-
근무형태: 인턴 3개월 (업무일정에 따라 연장 가능성 있음)
-
* 근무기간 중 업무평가에 따라 정규직 전환 가능성 있음
-
경력 : 각 직급별 0명
-
자산관리(PM), 시공, CM, 전기, 설비, 냉동, 소방, 도시공학 등의 분야에서 아래의 경력을 보유한 자
-
주임 : 1~2년차 이상
-
대리 : 3년차 이상
-
과장 : 5년차 이상
-
* 입사 후 6개월간 수습기간이 있으며, 이 기간동안의 고과평가 있음
