Responsibilities

Property Management 업무

자산관리에 따른 예산수립, 분석 및 수익증대 방안기획
-
부동산 자산운영보고서 작성/검토 및 투자자 지원
-
임차인 관리 및 임대차 재계약, FM 관리, 각종 유지보수 계약 체결, 비용 관리 및 협력업체 관리감독 등의 업무
Requirements
-
Property Management 관련 경력 5년 이상
-
펀드/리츠 등 다양한 vehicle 유경험자 우대
