Responsibilities

* MXD, 최유효 개발 전략, Market Research, 상업용 부동산(오피스, 호텔, 물류, 리테일 등) 컨설팅
-
상업용 부동산 트렌드 분석 및 부동산 전략 수립 지원
-
상업용 부동산 마켓 리서치 및 빅데이터·공공데이터 기반 분석
-
사업성 모델링 및 시나리오 분석, 재무적 타당성 검토 지원
-
프로젝트 일정 및 산출물 관리, 내부·외부 이해관계자 협의 지원
-
각종 보고서 및 제안서 작성
Requirements
-
관련 경력 3년~7년
-
학사 이상 (부동산, 도시계획, 건축, 경영, 경제, 통계 관련 학과 우대)
-
부동산 컨설팅사, 회계법인 컨설팅부문, 전략 컨설팅사, 리서치 기관, 자산운용사 등에서 컨설팅 및 분석 경험 우대
-
논리적 사고력 및 문제 해결 역량 보유, 컨설팅 보고서 작성 능력 필수
-
Excellent PC Skill (MS office, Excel, PPT Expert 필수)

영어 우수자 우대
